Step One : The Insulation Boards
The key to our system is our recyclable, non-toxic, premium grey insulation panels that are mould and fire resistant and that flexes as your home moves.
These thick. warming panels that trap your heat inside are firmly attached to the outside of your home in a staggered pattern that provides strength and prevents cracking.
Step Two : The Render
Straight over the panels we trowel a layer of render into which we place a fibreglass reinforcing mesh sealed with a second layer of render.
The mesh, sandwiched between two layers of render locks the system together and prevets cracking that could otherwise form from the natural movement of your home.
We also add extra stress panels around vulnerable areas of your home such as around windows and doors etc.
Step Three : The Ultimate Silicone Top Coat
Our unique silicon top coat provides a maintenance free finish that you wont need to paint every few years.
Our top quote is a hand trowelled on strengthening render, (not rolled on paint) that seals your home against the elements and is available in a colour of your choice. It is water and frost repellent to minus 60 degrees. Impregnated with marble granules it forms a rock hard protective coating for your home.
